Our bread is from Tivoli Road Bakery and our honey and produce is from our own farm on the Mornington Peninsula. Wherever possible, our chefs use the whole vegetable – from the root to the fruit – to minimise waste.
As a member of the Mulberry Collective, we pride ourself on strong relationships with partners, as well as minimising the impact our business has on the environment. Most recently, we’ve cut out plastic drinking straws and have become the first in Australia to have a Farm Wall, a ‘vertical aquaponic urban farm’ – a fish tank with microgreens growing on top.
